A Learning Innovation Expert drives the development and implementation of cutting-edge Learning and development strategies within the organization. The ideal candidate should be a visionary who can identify emerging trends and technologies in the field of Learning and apply them to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. You will be working as a part of Learning Content Design & Development team which is responsible for the creation, curation and deployment of various training modules across Accenture. In Innovative Learning Solutions team,you will need to design & develop learning solutions that leverages innovative techniques like XR based learning,social & collaborative learning.Solutions should provide an immersive learner experience and create opportunities for learning that can be delivered anytime,integrate formal and informal learning,create sustainable learning environments etc. to engage learners and improve retention. Examples: Performance simulations,AR,VR, gaming,mobile learning What are we looking for? • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationship A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications in instructional design or learning technology is preferred. • Develop and execute innovative learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. • Should have a background in core instructional design skills and methods. • Should have a working knowledge of major learning technologies. • Should be fluent with concepts in the learning sciences. • Should be fluent with emerging technologies and potential applications within learning.• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and e-learning software. • Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects. • Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, or other emerging learning technologies.
