This role provides client services for Learning Administration to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained, works closely with Delivery Services Management to identify and escalate client issues; obtains and confirms pending information / documentation, and adds and amends transaction information to client/systems responding to changes (via e-mail / telephone) so as to maintain a current visible Learning records for the client. Responsibility - With the direction of the Instructional Designer Team Lead, takes the overall learning experience journey and high-level details from the Design Thinking discussions and the design summary document and translates the learning development components into prototypes and fully developed components In Learning Operations you will managing learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. You will be taking client delivery information such as course identification, dates, venue, capacity, preferred resources and obtaining suitable information to publish a class schedule within a stated calendar period. Class schedules are typically published on client systems (Learning Management Systems) or Accenture equivalent. Execute full range of the process accurately & timely as a hands on processor.Escalate issues & seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. Follow Work Instructions while processingHighlight any anomalies in Work Instructions/process documentation to the SME/Leads.Participate in client conference calls, where required & manage appropriate documentation.Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured & improvise the measurement system to make it more effective & transparent. Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.Pay close attention to detail & follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.Goes beyond immediate requests & activities to ensure both own & related tasks are completed.Update client applications accurately & quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides.Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately in timely fashion.Ensure & maintain the security & confidentiality of client data.Activley Participate in team activities & Organizational initiativesKnowledge of Learning Processes.
