The/Nudge Institute is working with UPSRLM -PRERNA to provide technical input and strategic support for promoting rural livelihoods centered around small livestock management focused on Backyard Poultry and Goatery.
At Nudge, you will: -
Work closely with the UPSRLM (Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission) state unit for the program implementation of the Backyard Poultry (BYP) and Goat Program.
- Participatory planning of the activities along with the District and block Mission managers-UPSRLM
- Coordinate with UPSRLM nodal person at the state level on a regular basis and support district and block level staff of UPSRLM for implementation of projects.
- Support Asha Kiran -Head of operations in coordinating with UPSRLM in executing MoU commitments.
- Provide the support of high-level coordination with UP SRLM staff at levels that range from SMD to BMMs.
Apply if you have: -
12-15 years of overall work experience, which should have more than 5 years of experience, working with SRLM/NRLM state functions.
- the ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize.
- the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- the ability to collaborate with vertical leads.
- the ability to analyze data – comfort with Excel and PowerPoint.
- the ability to present the information to higher management and SRLM officials.
- the ability to have high execution and operational skills.
