1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
2. Perform research to identify customer needs, challenges, and organizational structures.
3. Qualify leads based on needs and interest level, passing viable leads on to account executives.
4. Maintain lead records in CRM following data entry standards.
5. Assist in organizing marketing email campaigns and tracking performance.
6. Provide sales team support through various administrative tasks
