Purpose of the role
The Data Architecture & Engineering team is responsible for designing & architecting solutions to source, integrate & transform business data in our Enterprise Data Warehouse to deliver data to the enterprise using cutting edge technologies like streaming databases and a cloud tech stack. We design solutions to meet the expanding need for more and more internal/external information to be integrated with existing sources; research, implement and leverage new technologies to deliver more actionable insights to the enterprise.

Our largest data source is SAP and we are seeking an Integration Manager to manage the ongoing integration of SAP and GCP. This will require working knowledge of SAP and a solid comfort with cloud native technology, preferably GCP. Additionally, this role will require a substantial amount of coordination and communication with our SAP technologists as well as domain technical analysts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage multiple stakeholders, tasks and navigate through ambiguity & complexity
• Lead projects/initiatives and contribute/lead effectively to the implementation of enterprise projects
• Manage stakeholder communications related to GCP/SAP integrations
• Work effectively in a distributed global team environment.
• Analyse existing processes and user development requirements from both an SAP and GCP perspective
• Turn information into insight by consulting with architects, solution managers, and analysts to understand the business needs & deliver solutions
• Support existing SAP integrations & related jobs including ongoing support and seeking opportunities to continuously improve the process for efficiency and effectiveness
• Proactive research into up-to-date technology or techniques for development
• Work with system users, other members of D&T, software vendors, and service providers to resolve problems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electronics from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
• Exceptional analytical capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral & written
• 12+ years of relevant experience in data-related technologies
• 4+ years of SAP experience (Basis or BW)
• Proven track record of architecting and constructing Big Data solutions on a cloud platform (GCP preferred)
• Recognition as the technical or project leader for global projects
• Has actively coached and mentored junior resources
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the capability to manage up to 8 direct reports if the need arises
• Experience with project management and Agile practices
• Experience and understanding of the CPG industry
• Management experience
• Familiarity with integrating SAP & GCP
