Position summary:
The Lead Business Analyst - Integration works to understand business needs and processes and to act as a liaison between the business and the technical team. He/she is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the Asia Pacific teams with a specific focus on ERP integration with satellite systems. He/she is responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.
This position requires professional work experience in Business Analyst role in ERP, EDI and integration space leading and delivering successful projects.
*Hybrid - This role require close collaboration with business stakeholder and the candidate is expected to be in office at least 2 days in a week.
Education & special trainings:
- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or Business Administration is a must.
- Master’s in technology or business preferred.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience required.
- Multiple domain experience in Middleware integration, EDI, .Net solution and ERP integration.
- Past record of working as a Business Analyst in a large organization
- Technical knowledge on technologies like – Oracle, JDE, SAP, Mulesoft, .Net, WebOps etc. will be an added advantage or Leading large-scale EDI or ERP integration programs as a Business Analyst.
- Functional knowledge in supply chain, warehouse management and sales and commercial function in MedTech, FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required.
- Experience with process mapping is required.
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required.
- Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Ability to support different time zones based on the project/business stakeholders being engaged.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Development methodologies is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project requests or charters which include project objectives, success criteria, and requirements.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain clear communication channels with IT and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex business functions into technical specifications.
- Willingness to travel as and when necessary.
