Lead Business Analyst - Internet/Online (4-8 Yrs)

Skills/Experience Required:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Refine use cases and expertly plan iterations and deliverables, demonstrating adaptability as needed.
- Estimate efforts accurately and provide regular task updates to maintain adherence to timelines.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with BA and SBA resources in requirement gathering and final presentations.
- Resolve blockers related to technical challenges and decision-making.
- Scrutinize final deliverables for correctness and conduct code reviews in collaboration with the Manager.
- Orchestrate the building, maintenance, and performance monitoring of key metrics.
- Take ownership of and manage data models, data sources, and the data definition repository.
- Make crucial low-level design choices during project execution.
- Provide technical guidance as needed to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Enhance benchmarking and decision-making skills at the execution level.
- Conduct effective training sessions to swiftly onboard and elevate the skills of new resources.
- Lead knowledge-building initiatives, focusing on methodologies to position the team for complex problem-solving.
- Facilitate upstream documentation and discussions on execution challenges, process inefficiencies, and feedback loops.
- Engage in downstream and parallel communication for context-building, mentoring, and effective stakeholder management.
- Python and SQL are must have.
