Role: Global Consumer Lead Analyst
Markets: International Equities
Location: Mumbai
Salary range: INR 50-60L, based on individual's expertise & experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundamental research on high quality consumer stocks listed on the US and European stock exchanges
- Extensive primary research, secondary research and financial statement analysis
- Interacting with company management, their competitors, vendors, channel partners, manufacturing plants, etc.
- Periodic travel (4-6 times in a year) to US and Europe for conducting primary data checks
- Mentor one or two junior analysts to expand bandwidth to conduct primary and secondary research
Expertise, Experience & Qualification:
- Between 5 and 12 years of experience - working as a financial analyst at a) front-end sell side or buy side firm, or b) consumer products company
- Graduation/Post-graduation in a Financial/Quantitative discipline from a premier institution
- Finance qualification/certification (e.g. CFA) will be preferred
