1) Job Purpose

2. Ensuring timely closure of contracts

Manage weekly and monthly OKR process to drive organization priorities

1. Manage weekly Update of OKR
2. Provide deep insight from monthly OKR
3. Drive to achieve 100% OKR completion of the company

Support in Annual Planning & Budgeting

1. Making 10-year plan and 3-year plan
2. Creating Break-even plan
3. Profitability at order level
