Talent Transformation:
- Understand business realities and assess, anticipate immediate and futuristic learning needs
- Leverage learning methodologies and technologies to create and maintain learning culture in the organization
- Create strategies to ensure the creation and retention of organizational knowledge
- As a consultant, provide thought leadership and be the sounding board for the leadership team
- Create and program manage learning calendars for all TT initiatives for corporate
- Build and manage the team to maximize performance
OD:
- Align Talent strategy, goals, and objectives to overall business strategy and objectives
- Develop innovative talent building solutions
- Manage interactions with key stakeholders and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions based on in-depth organizational knowledge and expertise
- Assess organizational needs to identify and develop critical competencies for operational effectiveness
- Create programs to identify and build internal and diverse talent pipeline
- Design and implement career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems
- Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job
Strategy development:
- Understand business realities and assess, anticipate immediate and futuristic learning needs
- Deploy resources and manage the optimum utilization of budgets for fulfilling the learning agenda
- Assess and deploy learning technologies to meet the learning objectives of the organization
- Forge and maintain deeper relationship with business
- Leverage learning methodologies and technologies to create and maintain learning culture in the organization
- Own and drive the learning agenda of the organization
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in capability building
Talent Management and Capability building:
- Assess organizational needs to identify and develop critical competencies for operational effectiveness
- Create programs to identify and build internal and diverse talent pipeline with a broader range of experience
- Manage availability of talent pool and facilitate movements
- Build strategic programs to develop and ring-fence key talent
- Design and implement Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems
