As a Product Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our products through strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and develop strategies to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
B. Data Analysis:
1. Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
2. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product features and performance.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards growth targets.
C. Experimentation and Optimization:
1. Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
2. Continuously iterate on product features and user retention strategies based on experimentation results and user feedback.
3. Identify and prioritize growth experiments to maximize impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in product management, growth marketing, or related roles.
2. Proven track record of driving Product Growth and achieving KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
4. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
5. Should be comfortable with ML based solutions
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
