We LTIMindtree are actively looking for L2 Production Support.
Job Description:Good Knowledge in L2 Production Support and Willing to support in 24x7 with rotational night shift.Technical Skills:- Unix, shell scripting and Oracle as mandatory skillet. ITIL Certified preferred.Working knowledge of ITRS, Autosys, App dynamics, Kibana, Splunk, ServiceNow, UDeploy preferred.Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs.Well versed with Incident life cycle management, Problem life cycle management and PMR process.Well versed with Change management, Releases and Deployments Good eye to debug the root cause and provide a temporary and permanent solution.Coordinate with L3 and development team and provide and implement solutions.
Experience: 3-5 years.Location: Chennai.Good to have: ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Udeploy, Control M.Notice period: Immediate Joiners.
