Required Technical Skills :

• Frontend: Proficient In HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery, React JS, Next JS, Vue JS.
• Backend: Skilled In PHP And MVC Frameworks Such As Laravel, Node JS, Etc.
• Database: Proficient In MySQL And MongoDB.
• Mobile App: Experienced In Flutter With Dart Programming Language, GetX, Bloc, And Provider Project Architecture.
• Hands-On Experience Of Socket API, Payment Integration, And API

Responsibilities :

• Discussing Potential Projects And Their Parameters With Clients, Executives, And Software Developers.
• Planning Out The Blueprints For Software Projects, Including Defining The Scope, Budget, Expenditure, Allocating Resources, Setting Deadlines, Laying Out Communication Strategies, And Indicating Tests And Maintenance.
• Assembling And Leading The Project Team, Proactively Addressing And Resolving Project-Related Challenges To Minimize Disruptions.
• Participating In And Supervising Each Stage Of The Project.
• Ensuring Each Project Stays On Schedule And Adheres To The Deadlines.
• Arranging And Attending Daily/Weekly Meetings With The Software Development Team To Ensure Direct Reports Understand Their Role On Assigned Projects And Address And Solve Issues.
• Determining And Overseeing Consistent Testing, Evaluation, And Troubleshooting Of All Products In All Stages Of Completion.
• Tracking Milestones, Deliverables, And Change Requests, Ensuring That All Projects Are Delivered On Time, Within Scope, And Within Budget, Prioritizing Projects According To The Business Needs Of The Company.
• Evaluate The Job Performance Of Individual Team Members
• Create And Maintain Project Documentation As Per The Process, Develop Spreadsheets, Diagrams, And Process Maps To Document Needs.
• Serving As A Liaison To Communicate Information Regarding Changes, Milestones Reached, And Other Pertinent Information.
• Conducting Thorough Testing And Quality Checks Before Project Deliverables Are Finalized, Delivering Completed Software Products To Clients, And Performing Regular Checks On The Products' Performance.
• Conducting Post-Project Reviews To Assess Project Success, Identify Lessons Learned, And Recommend Process Improvements.
• Able To Take Technical Training And Grow The Team Technically.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
• Proven Experience In Project Management And Software Development.
• Good Working Knowledge Of Project Estimation Techniques.
• Excellent Technical Knowledge As Well As Presentation Skills.
• Strong Leadership, Decision-Making, Written And Verbal Communication, And Organization Skills.
• Attention To Detail And Multitasking Skills.
• Ability To Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Teams.
• Self-Motivated, Confident With A Pleasing Personality, And Capable Of Handling A Team Of 10+ Individuals
