OVERVIEW
The Manager – EU Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be a functional expert in the Logistics processes, provide directional clarity for the team , work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The roles can be in the area of Logistics Invoice Support, Warehouse Operations and Control Tower area. Depending on the expertise, fitment and the skill set the candidates exhibit, the roles shall be assigned in the respective towers.
EU Logistics Operations – The Logistics operations covers broadly three areas across multiple markets in Europe region. They are Logistics Support , Warehouse Operations and Control Tower Operations.
Logistics Support-
- Manage IDOC (interface between WMS, SAP and related systems) , Inventory Reconciliation and Customer Dispute Management
- Responsible for managing Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations , Plant to Plant, , Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
- Report, Replenishment and Priority List Preparation
Repack / Warehouse Operations
- Responsible for Making the repack plan for Warehouses , work with vendors to ensure f all materials are in-stock for repack
- Review progress of weekly repack plan and Operations , Close repack PO's before closing need to check with connected teams
- Manage the packaging carts for display materials and responsible for managing master data
Control Tower Operations
- Carrier Operations- Work on Acceptance, Carrier Date Change Requests, Loading / Unloading Confirmation on basis of requests and Unloading slots
- Preparing Carrier KPI Reports, Maintaining Extra Costs Reports, Maintaining Database of Loads and on Operation Performance- Weekly Carrier Performance, Weekly Pallet PSI and other key KPIs
- Invoice First Level Issues resolution and support invoice clearance activities
- Manage Speed shipments, avoidance of short loads. Complete control of Rate parameter updates in system- Fuel Rate updation (Quarterly), Adhoc Rate updation (New Lanes, additional requests)
KEY INTERFACES
- Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
- Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations , Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
- Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10 years Experience in Logistics Operations especially in Warehousing and Logistics Invoicing Operations with awareness of Documentation, transactions in logistics Operations
- Working Knowledge in OTM and SAP interfaces will be a added advantage
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
