Job Title: Project Manager (IT)

Job Purpose
The Project Manager - IT (Automation) is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end automation of various processes within the organization. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of automation initiatives.
Job Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for automation initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.
Lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in automation

Ensure that automated processes meet quality and compliance standards.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge
Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, including RPA (RoboticProcess Automation), AI, and machine learning.
Familiarity with business process analysis and optimization.
Knowledge of industry best practices in IT governance and security.
