Initial inspection: - By considering design and construction methodology and the existing physical environment hazards identification area done with corrective
action before site mobilization, by this mobilization we can foresee the hazards related to logistic limitations, existing plant integrations and coordination, utilities
clearances etc.
- Project risk assessment: - By review the design ,construction methodology and by the result of initial inspection generic risk assessment is been prepared where
- Logistic plan: - By the result of initial inspection and project generic risk assessment logistic plan will be prepared which explain the site setup plan like temporary
area etc.
- Men and materials screening and induction training: - Every equipment’s are inspected and tagged for safe use before reaching to site for use, every workers are
- Safe work method statement: - By the result of risk assessment requirement of details safe work method statements for the particular activities are identified and
- Training identification and training plan: - According to the project work schedule each location activities been tracked and topics of the training which has to be
- Daily tool-box talk: - Refer to the day task safe work methodology is been briefed and discussed on daily bases before work starts to the particular work team.
- Work permit: - High risk activities like hot work, height work and lifting and shifting by equipment’s are monitored and controlled by work permit system.
- Check list: - Weekly check list for every different equipment’s are maintained for safe use and if any concerns found, will be raised through inspection for close
- Periodic monitoring and inspection report: - Daily inspection is conducted throughout the shift bases on the registers for safe work method statements, work
identified by the according to the probable of risk action been taken and communicated as site instruction through daily inspections report and monitored for close
out status.
NCR: - Even after site instructions concerns which are not closed, NCR is raised with close out target date according to the probable risk.
Site Safety: Direct safety management is the responsibility of the individual contractors. Each contractor shall be responsible for safety across the project. These
contractors shall deploy focused “safety management resources” to carry out the site safety responsibilities and will be empowered vide contract.
