Job responsibilities :
1) First level of troubleshooting on Devices Software considered in the scope. (Training will be provided for the same)
2) Will be responsible to support nearby locations apart from the location deputed to him/her.
3) Will be responsible to generate reports as when required by the department in coordination with the MIS Team.
4) Will be responsible to support the on-field personals for any application/hardware related issues.
5) Will be a single point of contact for coordination with the Central Project Team respective department allotted to him/her.
6) Will be responsible to do complete handholding with Department Back office for various issues. e.g. reporting, coordination with Helpdesk, etc. in coordination with respective team.
7) Will be responsible to follow-up with the Helpdesk team on the Tickets opened work till closure without violating the SLA s.
8) Will be responsible for tracking the replacement of faulty Devices as when case has been logged in coordination with Team Leads.
9) Will be responsible for software / firmware upgrades of replaced/new Hand Handle Terminals.
10) Will be responsible to provide training to department personnel as per the defined schedules. (Training will be provided for the same)
11) Distribution of devices as per schedule to the respective Chowky in co-ordination with designated department s representative. To keep track on the devices and end user on day today basis.
