Job description

As part of this job, you would be responsible for coming up with ideas to sell more products and services in the market where the company operates. This includes creating plans to increase sales and gain more customers. You would also need to keep an eye on trends in the industry to make sure the business is growing in the right direction.
- Your goal would be to make sure the company is making money and growing in a healthy way. This might involve managing how customers pay for products, using budgets effectively, and finding ways to reduce costs in how products are delivered.
- You would also work closely with the stores or businesses that sell the company's products (called dealers) to make sure they are doing well and making a profit. Building good relationships with these dealers and other important people involved in selling the products is key.
- Customer satisfaction is also a big focus. You would need to find new and creative ways to make customers happy and make sure any issues they have are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Additionally, you would be involved in launching new products and finding ways to reach new markets. You would also look at how well the dealers are doing and find ways to reward those who are doing exceptionally well.
- Overall, this job involves a lot of planning, problem-solving, and working with others to make sure the business is successful and growing.
