You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your Role Your primary objective is to design efficient solutions with a service-orientated + quantitative value proposition to be deployed to the customer through a structured assessment. Your Responsibilities
You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks:
- To develop creative commercial solutions through balancing risk + reward.
- To provide input from an organizational, functional, workflow + supply chain structure perspective through the entire customer engagement lifecycle from customer qualification to business case approval.
- To facilitate customer workshops to fully understand supply chain needs + assess the potential value of optimization.
- To define project objectives with customers + internal stakeholders.
- To survey the material flow + supply chain disconnects to define needs for logistics services.
- To assess customer’s logistics data, processes + information in order to improve logistics processes.
- To evaluate different supply chain solutions with regards to costs, time + quality.
- To negotiate rates with logistics suppliers during the solution development phase.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of Integrated Logistics / 4PL market and business practices.
- MBA from a premiere institute would be preferred.
- Experience of working with cross functional, cross cultural and globally diverse teams.
- Strong experience of Stakeholder Management including Customer, Logistics Supplier, & Team.
- Experience of Project & Process management.
- Experience of financial Business case simulations.
