Octoze Technologies specializes in the MEAN stack, and Camu is developed using NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, and AngularJs with Bootstrap, along with specially designed iOS and Android-based native applications with offline capabilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Manager at Camu. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation process of Camu campus management solution in educational organizations. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful deployment of the software. The Implementation Manager will also provide training and support to end users and collaborate with the development team to enhance the product based on customer feedback.

Expectations:
Expertise in Product IT Implementation in India (experience in Education is a strong Plus)
Demonstrated expertise in Customer management at various levels
Outstanding Communication Skills
A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Travel within India and International travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5 resources to deliver the implementation and support services
Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes
Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support
Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective accounts is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
