Responsibilities :
- Drive the Employee Engagement initiatives across the Organization.
- Designing & implementing the branding plans for all people initiatives within the organization
- Design & implementation of Employee Engagement Calendar
- Performance Management
- Building people capability by identifying the gap through people interventions - New Employee Assimilation, Feedback & Assessment Centres.
- Employee Communication - internal events & initiatives to engage employee better.
- Manage creative communication through Social Media & other external HR forums.
- Drive the Reward & Recognition program.
- Creating, analyzing HR dashboards to identify the trends & initiatives to ensure effective employee engagement.
Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
