HR TA Operations - Team Lead

You will be working as HR TA Operations - Team Lead and reporting to Manager - Global TA Operations based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be responsible for leading HR operations within an assigned team in one or more countries in a hub or front office for one or more service line(s) (TAA, TM, ELC, PY, CP, PD, GM, or PA). Assuming full accountability for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets in the concerned geography or service line. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the HR operations hub or front office processes of the respective country adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Managing talent acquisition team with a focus on operational execution short or medium-term operational responsibilities
• Monitoring accurate processing of talent acquisition transactions and overseeing organization and work allocation and assignment for individuals involved in processing and ensuring compliance with standard process flows
• Overseeing analysis of talent acquisition transactions and highlighting discrepancies for correction and identifying, recommending and assisting in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and driving productivity gains
• Leading internal control over talent acquisition transactions along with HR delivery manager and providing regular coaching, mentoring and training to the team members
• Ensuring a positive working relationship within the team and with key stakeholders and managing selection, development and periodic performance review of team members
• Creating learning atmosphere among team members and encourage others along with self to keep updated with industry best practices and updates
• Motivating team to maximize use of modern recruitment methodologies and approaches e.g. social media and demonstrating ability to prioritize delegate work and multitask

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 5 years of experience in US recruitment is a must
• At least 3 years of experience in a team handling role or people manager experience
• Experience in HR shared services from a global company will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
