Responsibilities
• Manpower planning and recruitment• Develop recruiting strategies• Drive standardization of processes• Develop onboarding and induction programs• Establish organizational structure• Develop succession planning framework• Create engagement activities• Develop HR processes and policies• Work on compensation plan and policies• Implement governance and well-being policies• Implement performance review system• Identify capability needs and develop training programs• Do talent mapping and devise career paths• Build and coach talent• Maintain internal communication• Drive Vision, Mission, and Values• Manage labor supplies and plant welfare• Manage employment contracts and exit processes• Handle medical/life insurance management• Develop reports for management• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and PR
Requirements
• MBA/MSW in HR from reputable institute• 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry• 5 years in managerial role• Exposure to labor-intensive industry segments• Comprehensive industry and competitor knowledge• Strong leadership and communication skills• Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi• Knowledge of PMS, recruiting, employee engagement, HR processes and policies
