Requisite Qualification: MBA, PGDM having exposure in HR generalist & learning and development profile
Industry: Any (Preferably from IT/ITES industry)
CTC: Around Rs 8.00 LPA
Age: 30 – 40 Years
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures and follow-up of all internal and external HR related matters.
2. Will be responsible for hiring the right candidates as per business need & retention activities.
3. Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts, manage job offer, CTC, negotiation with candidates & joining formalities.
4. Planning and execution of employee onboarding & orientation post hiring.
5. Manage employee database – transfer & promotions.
6. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.
7. Manage all the statutory compliances for the business unit
8. Plan & execute employee engagement to maintain a colloquial work atmosphere and hence can help the organization to leverage better output & control attrition.
9. Identification of training needs & manage training as per organizational goal.
10. Administering disciplinary procedures.
11. Liaison with various consultants and business associates.
12. Manage separation - arrange exit interviews & complete full & final settlement.
13. Assist for HR budget monitoring and payroll.
14. Develop review mechanism, periodical reports and MIS to ensure desired results.
15. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
