Recruiting and staffing: sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees.- Responsible for employee relations and employee life cycle.
- Handholding of new employees, Employee counselling and grievance handling.
- Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities.
- Handling of all queries from employees and attrition management.
- Responsible for the effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs.
- Provide HR advice to Employees and business managers.
- Ensuring proactive employee communications on the Organization's process and policies.
- Managing employees connect through regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
