Profile Overview: Youll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Your expertise will contribute directly to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment that aligns with our companys values.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, and partner closely with Hiring Managers in order to clearly understand the requirements of the position.
- Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to help drive a pipeline of talent to meet our hiring needs.
- Use data to drive conversations with hiring managers and recruitment partners, review profiles, and interview potential candidates to assess suitability.
- Salary Negotiations and preparing offer letters maintain required MIS/ reports, developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
- Coordinate employee orientation and actively follow up on various stages of career development for employees.
- Induction training for new staff and on-the-job training, identify training needs and coordinating relevant programs, and manage training Feedback Forms.
- Successfully implement and maintain the performance management system, ensuring all employees understand and participate in the process.
- Help employees set clear, measurable, and achievable performance goals that align with the organizations strategic objectives, and ensure manpower planning and manpower budgeting.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and conflicts, provide resolution strategies, manage performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, develop and update HR policies as needed, and communicate changes to employees.
