Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and office administration. This is a full-time position based in kurianad Kottayam, Kerala, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle employee relations and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and generating relevant reports.
• Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
