Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile data for projects and presentations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients as required.
- Monitor and follow up on action items and tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
