- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
- Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting rooms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
