Front Office Executive

Sampada VR Speciality Eye Clinic LLP is a leading provider of comprehensive ophthalmic care in Tirur, Kerala. We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-centric Front Office/Billing Executive from Tirur to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. We prefer local candidate based in Tirur to apply for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet patients arriving at the clinic, both walk-in and scheduled.
• Receive reservation inquiries and manage appointments effectively.
• Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries about our services.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures,
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for patients throughout their visit.
• Collect patient feedback and share it with relevant departments to improve the patient experience.
• Process patient payments efficiently, including co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Prepare and issue invoices and statements.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient account records in the electronic health record system.
• Handle insurance billing queries and follow up on denied or delayed claims.
• Maintain clinic inventory and supplies.monitor and procure items for clinic need
• File and retrieve patient records as needed.
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
• Coordinate effectively with other clinic departments, and other external maintenance vendors
• Maintain clear and open communication with patients and colleagues.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Front Office Manager.
• Operate generator as per requirement and maintenance record for all major non-medical assets of the center

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office setting, preferably in ophthalmology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in medical office software and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
