The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to all visitors and guests. • Previous experience as a Front Office Executive in Hotels/Resorts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and guests
• Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers or redirect as necessary
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
• Perform other duties as assigned
