Brief on the Organization:
The Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH) Hyderabad commenced with a mission to deliver public health education, pursue research and advocacy and support policy development. It lays strong emphasis on pursuing public health policy, practice, training and research, positioning its programmes according to the public health priorities of the state and the nation. The institute has brought together a highly qualified and diverse faculty of nationally and internationally trained and extremely motivated public health academics and practitioners. It aims to create an environment that supports excellence in instruction, research and practice.
- Manage and Maintain COO’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record and Transcribe minutes of meetings
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Should handle the calendar management effectively
- Administer the daily office operations
- Assist in HR Activities like Recruitments, On-boarding process, Leave management, Separations Process, Contract extension process, Interns & Internship process.
- Any other work allocated by the COO and Manager HR
Essential:
- Graduation requirements.
Essential
- Around 1-2 years of experience.
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Power point.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to maintain favorable public relations.
