Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit and retain a top-quality team as required by the business.
2. Understand and define HR policies and programs to precisely pitch candidates from different roles.
3. Source freelancers and manage outsource partners to fill production needs.
4. Facilitate creative approaches to employee recognition, retention and productivity.
5. Work with employees and founders to develop an employee-oriented culture emphasizing a healthy, collaborative and rewarding workplace.
Requirements:

2. Problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to handle tough situations and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
4. People skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
