The HighRadius- Integrated Receivables platform reduces cycle times in your order-to-cash process by automating receivables and payments processes across credit, electronic billing and payment processing, cash application, deductions, and collections. Our customers range from some of the largest global corporations including more than 200 Fortune 1000 companies as well as mid-size enterprises that don't have the IT resources to consolidate on an ERP platform but still want to automate and streamline their receivables and treasury processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Guide the analysts/senior analysts on the best practices on writing queries, creating dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analysis.
2. Optimize backend queries and project manage up to 3 projects at a time with proper stakeholder management.
3. Create and maintain documentation for standard processes.
4. Be the owner for key datasets and be responsible for regular and accurate data updates and sanctity.
5. Develop analytical tools to effectively communicate the insights to stakeholders in a timely manner.
6. Analyses trends, seasonality, determine the optimal method for forecasting, taking into account the context of the forecast, availability of data, the degree of accuracy desired, and the timeline available.
7. Come up with and deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics projects to improve the company processes.
Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of experience working with large (1M+ rows) datasets.
2. Strong understanding of basic analytical tools - SQL, MS Excel/G-Sheets, Tableau/Power BI, Python (optional).
3. Good understanding of basic statistics.
4. Implementation experience of basic regressions, A/B testing, time series analysis, text mining/sentiment analysis (optional).
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and precision.
6. Experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business.
