AddressPosition: Associate Manager – Claims
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success
About the Role:
As the Associate Manager of Claims at ekincare, located in Hyderabad and reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in managing the OPD Reimbursement process from end to end. Your responsibilities will include ensuring 100% accuracy in claims adjudication, meeting processing timeframes, adhering to schedules for debit note and MIS submission, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key success metrics for this role:
- 100% accuracy in claims adjudication
- Processing of claims within TATs
- Schedule adherence related to debit note & MIS submission
Responsibilities:
- Handling OPD Insurance claims adjudication process with 100% accuracy.
- Schedule adherence related to Debit Note & MIS preparation.
- Auditing the process to eradicate errors.
- Co-ordinate with insurer, broker & client in closure related to claims
- Effective communication with customers, handling customer queries and communications to customer.
- Documentation of reports and invoices as per the regulations.

- Good understanding of the health insurance landscape
- Eye for detail with obsession for quality
- Problem solving, Critical thinking and Analytical reasoning.
- Decision making and prioritization.
- Good communication and multi-tasking.
- Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing health claims (OPD would be preferred)
- Someone who can be self-motivated, take initiatives, flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
