Skills:
Mandatory Technical skills
- Should have hands-on experience in any one or more sub-sectors of healthcare such as provider market in healthcare technology
- Must have the ability to provide expert-level consultation to healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, process optimization, and performance improvement
- Should be able to conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare provider workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and enhanced patient care
- Must stay abreast of healthcare regulations and standards, and ensure that healthcare providers adhere to compliance requirements
- Should have skills in collaborating with providers to integrate technology solutions into the workflows, optimize the use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Health Information Exchange (HIE), and other healthcare technologies
- Must be able to utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights from healthcare data, and support evidence-based decision making
- Should have proficiency in conducting training sessions and educational programs for healthcare provider staff, and also ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for optimal performance
- Must have experience of working in Agile SDLC mode
Good to have skills:
- Familiarity with workflow, data analysis is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL will be preferred
- Experience in design, build, implementation, and support of healthcare IT systems for payers, providers or medical technology customers is an added advantage
