AddressStrategy Consultant - Hospital & Healthcare - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role
Our client is a prominent global strategy Consulting Firm actively engaged in a business build project for a leading healthcare client in India. This project is focused on assisting a client with the establishment of a new hospital business.
They are in search of an experienced professional with expertise in hospital strategy and operations.
Below summarises the roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the client to conceptualize and execute the establishment of a new hospital business, focusing on strategy formulation and operational optimization
- Taking charge of key deliverables, such as designing the doctor model for the hospital, determining the appropriate number of doctors, defining levels and roles, devising commercial models, and identifying the right profiles based on location
- Engaging in client-facing activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and facilitate effective communication throughout the engagement
- Supervising the entire module while collaborating closely with the rest of the team
An ideal candidate would have :
- 5 to 10 years of experience in hospital strategy & operations
- MBA from Tier 1 colleges preferred
- Strong strategic planning abilities, deep understanding of hospital operations, expertise in digital health strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension beyond the initial contract period. The selected consultant will be required to be based in Mumbai for the entire duration of the project.
