Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. The ability to articulate a clear sales vision and strategy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
