Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Define team goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Use this data to make informed decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, create regular reports, and implement improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Organize training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. The ability to articulate a clear sales vision and strategy.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The capability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation in the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
