Profile requirements:
- Sound experience in selling IT Infra services which includes Remote Infrastructure Management, i.e., managed IT Services, Technical Help Desk/Service Desk, Data Centre Operations/Services, Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud, IT Service Management, Info Sec (Cyber Sec.), Networking, Firewall, Wintel, etc.
- 12+ years of experience in solution selling with a proven track record in directly hunting and securing new logos
- Someone who is very good at developing relationships with key decision-makers in target segments/organizations for business development, should have sold multi-year contract/deals to renowned customers
- Should be able to recognize and influence key decision-makers and be the point of contact for technical information with customer technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing sales related operations with key focus on top line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management.
- Should have a good conceptual knowledge of various IT Infrastructure technologies (Network, Cloud, Service Management, etc.)
- Should have the capability to translate customer business issues into requirements
- Should have managed enterprise and mid-size customers along with global exposure and deep understanding of how business processes work in the region/countries
- Must lead by example and have deep connects with executive sponsors of technology, partner ecosystem – PAN India & abroad
- Prior experience of working with OEMs is also preferred
- Must possess strong leadership abilities/traits, excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
