AddressMarketing Head (IT Services Firm)
- We are currently retained by a leading IT Services firm to find a seasoned marketing leader for their entire branding, communication, and digital marketing initiatives.
- As a Marketing Head you will be responsible for the entire Marketing efforts of the entire company with respect to managing all aspects of marketing that will include both offline and online.
- A large part of the role will be around brand positioning, marketing trends, analytics, effectiveness measurement, Market Strategy, Public relations, Online selling, and reporting. The role involves providing strategic guidance to the team as well as ensure proper execution.
- To fit into this role, you must have experience of managing ATL as well as BTL marketing along with exposure to PR, Branding, Event Management, and Communications.
- To be considered for this role, you must have led marketing for a Mid-Sized global IT organization and have a total of 15-18 years of experience. You must have worked in a global environment. preferred.
The role will include:
- Developing and building marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Setting clear measurable goals for the marketing team.
- Providing thought leadership to the department, its functions, and its deliverables.
- Ensuring adequate planning and execution to meet company's marketing objectives.
- Develop out of the box marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects- social, digital, ATL, BTL etc.
- Create a public relations and offline marketing strategy that supports and extends online marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
- Work with senior stakeholders on building various marketing campaigns.
- Have a linkage to marketing leads being generated through various campaigns.
To Fit the bill, you must have:
- 15-18 years of experience with prior experience of leading marketing for an IT Services Firm.
- MBA from Tier1/2 B-School.
- Exposure of working for Global Markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
