Job Description
The role is at business operation (HO) for PT Commercial Services.
Key responsibility areas include –
•PT Sales Controls / Detective Controls
•Maintenance of STD Cost ( All BU's) - Annual activity & based on new release of SKU’s
•Performance Reward Scheme Calculation for Sales team & Performance tracking.
•Monthly closure activities (Auto clearing, CD & PDN run, Provisional entries, etc)
•Credit Limit management (Specialized Trade Customers)- Annual & Review from time to time
•Account Receivable - Defaulters (Legal Co-ordination)
•Monthly activity - VF04 & VFX3 (Overdue clearance) System AXAA clearance
•Lease Vehicle Management - (Coordination with Sales team)
•Reporting (Sales Forecast in IBM tool, Inventory, CoGS)
•Projects : Team members based on the project scope (Ex. Customer Service Excellence)
•Vendor debits - Debit note creations in P13
•Annual debit notes for PT GmBH
•Credit Notes from PT GmBH, vendors - Reconciliation & postings
Qualifications
MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
Min. Exp: 3 years
