The Opportunity:

• The role holder is responsible for multiple elements of Business Management tasks across Securities Services supporting in areas such as Resource Management, Financials, Cost Recovery and Billing, PLAs etc. This role supports many essential financial processes and their impact on budget, spend and personnel, and will roll up into the SSv COO organization.

What you’ll do:

Key responsibilities will be as below:

• End to end resource management responsibility for assigned sector/function(s), including interlock with senior managers within the organisation, assessing the ask and taking it through formal hiring governance in light of affordability
• Managing work-force-plan in Anaplan in discussion with stakeholders to run accurate monthly re-forecasting process, which in turn drives direct cost impact
• Actively be involved in any ToM / re-org design and implementation
• Ensure relevant resource information in system are accurate all the time
• Analytics, MI and Dashboard, ability to analyse data and capture in exec summary suitable for senior stakeholders to take informed decisions
• Work collaboratively with the broader Business Management team
• Act as a backup for the wider Business Management team
• Continuously strive to develop and improve key processes by simplifying, integrating, automating where practical
• Creating financial packs/analysis as needed from time to time, including business P&Ls
• Involves in managing external service providers and vendors
