Pre-Sales Solution Engineer


Hiring for a leading B2B2C SaaS FinTech company.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs through the detailed discovery of their business processes to identify value and challenges that can be addressed with (Expenses Management System).
- Articulating the EMS value proposition and vision to our prospects and customers.
- Be responsible for the 'technical win' by providing functionally compelling and relevant demonstrations to the prospect/customer.
- Developing deep relationships with the key stakeholders in identified accounts.
- Develop & present a Cost Benefit ROI/ Business Case model.
- Provide customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) to the product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements.
- Provide recommendations for overcoming technical sales objections.
- The Pre-Sales Solution engineer responsibilities include: developing Industry/persona/use case based POVs (Point of Views), create demo videos, execute webinars, support trade shows, competitive analysis, RFP responses, POC (Proof of concepts), customer stories development. Maintain solution catalogue and related activities
Experience:
- Prior experience working with any Expense management system, Travel applications with Expense, ERP, and related applications as Pre-sales Consultant/ Implementation Consultant/Customer Success roles.
- 4-9 years of working experience in Software Pre-Sales Consulting or Implementation Consultant.
- Proven success as a Pre-Sales solutions consultant or Implementation Consultant at other software companies
- Experience working in a fast-moving, agile company and sales team.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/master's in commerce / CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA
Personal Attributes:
- Independent, Highly Organized and Self Motivated
- Strong understanding of modern systems architecture, including on-premise and Cloud-based systems
- Expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle with extensive experience responding to sales RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality
- Capability to translate business requirements into compelling software demonstrations.
- Technical proficiency with any EMS configuration and components and experience in demonstrating EMS workflows.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, communication, and teamwork skills
- A high degree of confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions including integrations.
