Job Description:
- Craft & execute marketing initiatives (launches, materials, events, etc.)
- Develop a communication strategy for employee & customer engagement.
- Align communication with sales goals & manage brand consistency.
- Oversee budget & deliver high-quality materials on time/within budget.
- Manage internal & external communications, including digital marketing.
- Foster a positive work culture & build strong media relationships.
Focus areas:
Digital Marketing: Implement strategy, manage channels (SEO/SEM, social media), analyze performance, and develop growth strategies.
Media Relations: Secure editorial coverage, develop media resources, and collaborate with external PR firms.
The Successful Applicant:
- 10+ years of experience in the communications domain in India, experience in the staffing domain will be an add on
- Should have experience managing both internal and external communications
- Sharp, to the point, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Ability to work across a large spectrum of workforce, from blue-collar workforce to C-level.
