Role : Head Learning and Development
Opportunity with leading real estate company
Scope of the role : Heading L&D for the entire organization for lagre size organization.
- This is a leadership role that will closely work with Sr. leadership team and top management to design the L&D framework for the entire organization.
- Should be responsible for L&D interventions at Sr. level, Content Creation, design and delivery of the training program, and stakeholder ( Internal and External ) management.
- Digitization / Technology driven, LMS with good experience in heading as an L&D function.
- Design and execute leadership development programs through right external partners, vendors, & institutes
- Create & deploy Leadership / Managerial Development Programs aligned to the growth agenda of business
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best practice learning and development and HR trends
CTC Can go up to 45 to 60 LPA ( can be discussed )
