Job Purpose:

- Maintain and build strong relationships with Banks:
- Facilitate timely availability of financing instruments.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
KPI: Strong banking relationships.
- Recommend financing plans and implement financial solutions:
- Ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
KPI: Successful implementation of financial solutions.
- Create scalable workflows and oversee treasury processes:
- Ensure uniform processes for ease of operations.
- Understanding of systems & processes.
KPI: Efficient and standardised treasury operations.
Key Relationships:
Internal: Finance & Accounts, Commercial, Procurement, Marketing,Export etc.
External: Banks & Financial Institutions, Related Regulatory Agencies
Education:
Post Graduation with a major in Finance.
Preferred Qualification: CA & Law.
Experience:
20+ years' experience in Finance Department with expertise in Treasury, Forex, and Innovative Financial Instruments. Excellent banking relations.
Desirable: 5 years' experience in similar roles in Mid Cap organizations.
Age: Around 50 years.
