Head - Modern Trade


- The individual in this role will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitoring market trends.
- This role offers the chance to lead and shape the future of Modern Trade within an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the Modern Trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as large retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional activities to drive sales and market share.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the Modern Trade channel by targeting new accounts.
- Proven experience in the FMCG, food and beverage industry required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience at a senior level position with exposure to Modern Trade, preferably at a national level.
- Must be a Graduate, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree.
