Position : Head of Investor Relations
Location : Delhi NCR
Qualification : MBA from Premier Institute
Job Summary : The Head of Investor Relations will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing investors and attracting new investors to the fund. The candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating the fund's strategy, performance, and opportunities to investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
Key Responsibilities :
Fundraising :
- Support the fundraising efforts by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and due diligence documentation.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Investor Communication :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor communication strategy.
- Prepare and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and reports to keep investors informed about fund performance, portfolio companies, and industry trends.
- Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
Relationship Management :
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the investment team to provide timely and accurate information to investors.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of quarterly and annual reports for investors.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights relevant to investor relations.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- MBA with Proven experience in investor relations especially fundraising.
- Strong understanding of the Venture Capital ecosystem and the Indian startup landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for investor relations in the Indian context.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
