HR Head - Andhra Pradesh
Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Head for our operations in Andhra Pradesh. The HR Head will be responsible for leading the Human Resource management initiatives, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
- Design and implement HR plans aligned with the organizational strategy.
- Develop, organize, and oversee HR systems, initiatives, and administrative procedures.
- Foster a performance culture and ensure high employee satisfaction and productivity.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the recruitment process, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Ensure the selection of talented personnel to meet the departmental and organizational needs.
Training and Development:
- Design and conduct training programs, identifying skill gaps and providing necessary training for skill enhancement.
- Oversee the training calendar, and manage the execution of various training initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain talent.
- Plan and execute talent management activities, including potential assessment and development programs.
Organization Structure and Manpower Planning:
- Assist in the development of organizational structure and manpower planning.
- Conduct job analysis to ensure the right sizing of manpower and optimal team performance.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including system training, appraisal compilation, and compensation management.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for sub-standard performances.
Employee Relations:
- Maintain peaceful and harmonious work relationships, managing interactions with unions and addressing grievances.
- Negotiate settlements and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.
Organization Development:
- Support the alignment of people processes with group values to build a performance-driven culture.
- Lead and support various communication, reward, and recognition programs within the unit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Head or similar leadership role in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
